Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is  a treatment designed to denounce the thought of you are not worthy and anny negative thoughts that can be damaging or cause you to lose self esteem. Maybe feelings of not being loved by anyone or that you are not good enough can sometimes crowd your mind. You may developed a discomforting fear of abandonment and or that people are always judjing you.

These unsolicited catchwords are examples of thoughts that can be dealt with throughduring a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The main goal of CBT is to study how your thoughts, emotions, and actions relate to each other,and your behavour due to thatt pressure you going through. . Damaging  and unjustifiable belief leads to unhealthy coping mechanisms, like substance abuse or self-harm.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is unique. It requires a dual participation from the the therapist and patient making it very effective. It helps the client parctice healthy coping skills and emotional response. Some time the patient is assigned tasks outside his or her therapy sessions.
